You can request deletion of your personal data and exercise privacy rights under NDPR, GDPR, or CCPA (as applicable). We will verify your identity and respond within the timelines required by law.

Verification
To protect your privacy, we may request additional information to verify your identity and affiliation before processing your request. If you are an authorized agent, we may require proof of authorization.
Response Timelines
- NDPR/GDPR: typically within one month of receipt (extendable where permitted).
- CCPA: typically within 45 days (extendable where permitted).
What We Can Delete
Upon a validated request, we will delete eligible personal data, such as:
- Account and profile information
- Attendance and kilometer-walk records
- Exam/CBT submissions where deletion is permissible
- Chat messages and attachments (subject to institutional policy)
- Push notification tokens linked to your account
Some data may be anonymized instead of deleted where appropriate.
What We May Retain
We may retain certain records where required for lawful purposes, including:
- Audit logs, security logs, and system integrity records
- Records required to comply with legal, regulatory, or institutional obligations
- Aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you
Impact of Deletion
Deleting your data may affect your access to the NCCSC Portal and Mobile App features (e.g., sign-in, attendance, kilometer-walk automation, exam history, and messaging). We will explain options and consequences as part of processing your request.
Other Rights
Besides deletion, you may have rights to access, rectify, restrict, object, or obtain a copy of your data (portability), and to opt out of sale under CCPA (we do not sell personal data). See our Privacy Policy for details.
